Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Morjan. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read through the following return and refund guidelines.

1. Returns

Morjan offers a return policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are non-returnable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the return process.

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at morjanofficial1@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item if necessary.
  • Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item to our facility.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, a decision will be made regarding your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the items in the order are returned.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as defective or incorrect items), the return shipping costs will be covered by Morjan.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the defective item at no additional cost to you.

6. Sale Items

Sale items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged. No refunds will be issued for final sale items, unless the product is faulty.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the return policy will apply. Please contact customer service immediately to cancel an order.
