1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time. Please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping details during checkout to avoid any delays or delivery issues.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping. Details of the free shipping offer will be shown during checkout.
  • Standard Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the size/weight of the order.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via trusted local carriers. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but the following are general timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days (subject to availability and additional fees).

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped on weekdays, excluding holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time, and weekends or holidays may delay the processing of orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders to these addresses will be canceled, and the customer will be notified of the cancellation.

7. Delivery Issues

If there are any delivery issues, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us immediately. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • If the item is damaged during shipping, please contact customer support with images of the damage.
  • If your order is delayed or missing, please reach out to customer support for assistance in resolving the issue.

8. Changing or Cancelling an Order

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped according to the standard procedures, and modifications or cancellations will not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes to your order.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Pakistan and do not offer international shipping. Please check back periodically for updates on shipping availability to other regions.
